Firstdojo is a full-time Martial Arts and Fitness academy offering martial arts, kids classes, personal training and group fitness sessions. The academy itself is a 2500 square foot matted area, fully equipped with heavy punch bags, kettle bells and a 7m long cage wall. The space offers different zones for warm-up, Mixed Martial Arts/BJJ and fitness.
We also offer a Pro-shop. There are toilets and changing facilities for male and females, reception area and parking spaces.
Firstdojo is a very safe and secure environment, all our instructors are CRB checked and First Aid qualified.
