Group classes are a great way to train with people with varying levels of fitness.
High energy classes will motivate you and leave you buzzing.
Boxercise, Fitness kickboxing, Pump, Tai-Chi, Zumba (dance aerobics), Streetdance(8+ years), Pilates, Bootcamp, Studio Circuits, Kettlebell and conditioning, express circuits.
Classes are mostly one hour with the exception of express circuits which are 45mins.
